This morning my foot is killing me, and I haven't even taken a step, it has been throbbing and just generally hurting, ah well, not too much planned, just the walking of the dog, as for the foot forum ,still no takers at the moment and just hoping my records here will help somebody.
I can't say that the lump itself hurts more than it used to I think it is more the progression to the lack of bending of my toes that is causing the biggest problems, it means that with each step my toes are forced to bend and this passes down my foot to the lump and is causing the increased level of pain.
Going to see the sister today and the dog,
