This is a page that really is in progress and I am hoping of posting some resources here that will appear over time. For now I am seeing if people are interested in the Leaflets I made so that others can download them here they are.

Leaflet 4 - This is the final leaflet, in terms of it is the one that I am getting printed (very kindly for free). It has no more detail that the other leaflets but it has a reverse side and is easier to read when printed. See small version of it below.
